  • It was my absolute pleasure to talk and to show the asia go go delegation around our level kids and level shoes stores. And it was also an incredible delight to attend the Singapore portion of your tour. I enjoyed it enormously, and I congratulate you all on putting together an excellent program; it was deeply insightful, inspiring, informative, and above all a lot of fun! I am honoured and thankful for being able to share this moment with you.

  • Steve, Mark and Deborah thank you for making this trip another invaluable investment of time and resources. The business, design, consumer experience and cultural insights of the two countries were viscerally/creatively inspiring and engaging. The connections made, conversations had with industry colleagues and speakers will continue to inspire us in each of our creative roles. Looking forward to next year in Düsseldorf.

  • I want to express my thrill and gratitude for your well-orchestrated inaugural asia-a-go-go trip to Shanghai and Seoul. It was highly informative and enjoyable and cannot think of any other leisure or business tour for professionals like us that can match yours. There were a few highlights that were so worth the investment; the Retailers presentation of their new stores, like Cary Cheng’s presentation of Lane Crawford flagship in Shanghai, and Hermès introduction of Maison in Xintiandi, it provided us the invaluable insight to the design and business success. Also the Architects and Developers presentations like Simon Wong’s presentation of iaPM, and Eric Chan showing of K11 Art Mall showed us how to merchandise and design the mixed use malls and shared their approaches in creating a unique brand of retail destinations in China. Please keep up the good work, introduce more go go trips to our retail industry. Wishing you much success!

  • The asia go go trip was invaluable to myself and my 5 team members who attended. The opportunity to hear and speak to industry and brand leaders who are passionately working on some of the same challenges of marketplace, consumer, design and brand relevance in a constant changing retail landscape was incredible.
